COMPREHENSIVE TERMS OF SERVICE, REGULATORY NOTICE, DEVELOPER IMMUNITY & RISK POLICY
1. Charting & Analytics Software Only — No Personalized Investment or Tax Advice
This platform, its charting terminal, algorithmic indicators (including Session VWAP, Standard Deviation Bands, Moving Averages, Support & Resistance confluence matrices), and AI Strategy Copilot are computational research and technical visualization tools. Neither this platform nor its developers (including Lead Developer Rushit Bodra) are registered as Investment Advisers (IA), Research Analysts (RA), Portfolio Managers, or Stock Brokers under SEBI regulations or any statutory financial framework. General analytical tools and educational charts are not tailored to any individual's personal financial circumstances, risk profile, or tax situation. Users must obtain certified advice from qualified, SEBI-registered professionals before making financial decisions.
2. Broker Interface Priority & Live Execution Disclaimer
The user is solely responsible for authorizing live trading, maintaining appropriate broker permissions, and independently verifying all orders, executions, fills, cancellations, open positions, and account balances directly through their broker's official application or interface. Users must NEVER assume an order has been executed or cancelled merely because this platform displays a status, mark, or signal. The platform does not control independent third-party broker systems.
3. Independent Verification of Signals, Indicators & Chart Calculations
Users must independently verify all trading signals, indicators, chart levels, calculations, predictions, and market information before acting on them. Outputs from algorithms or technical models must NEVER be treated as guaranteed, authoritative, or error-free. Mathematical historical models carry inherent limitations and cannot guarantee future financial outcomes.
4. User Parameters, Sizing, Leverage & No Automated Bailout Guarantee
Users are solely responsible for reviewing and validating their own strategy parameters, entry/exit conditions, stop-loss levels, position sizing, leverage, and automation configurations before deployment. Unless expressly provided as a verified feature, the platform and developer do not guarantee continuous monitoring, emergency intervention, automatic loss prevention, or successful execution of protective orders. Slippage, liquidity voids, and gap openings may bypass theoretical stop prices.
5. Market Data Accuracy, Delays, Historical Feeds & Provider Limits
Real-time tick streams and historical candle data are ingested via third-party broker APIs (e.g. Angel One / SmartAPI) and external feeds. Potential differences may exist between live and historical data, including missing ticks, dropped packets, delayed candles, incorrect timestamps, adjusted prices, and exchange rate-limiting. Data is provided for personal analytical visualization only and may not be redistributed or used for commercial sub-licensing.
6. Service Availability, Operating Hours (09:00 AM – 03:30 PM IST), Maintenance & Outages
Live terminal feeds and computational analytics operate strictly during official Indian Stock Market Hours: 09:00 AM to 03:30 PM IST (trading days). Outside market hours (after 03:30 PM IST, weekends, and exchange holidays), the platform and servers may intermittently undergo offline maintenance, database recalibration, data synchronization, or system updates without prior individual notice. Furthermore, the platform may be subject to power failures, cloud server outages, cyber disruptions, internet interruptions, broker API outages, or other force majeure events beyond reasonable control. During any system interruption, users are solely responsible for checking and managing their live orders and open market risk independently via their broker's official application.
7. AI Strategy Copilot & Developer Communication Disclaimer
Any general explanations, technical assistance, prompt responses, documentation, or messages provided by the AI Strategy Copilot or developer are strictly informational and academic in nature. They do not constitute performance guarantees or personalized financial advice. Users remain solely responsible for evaluating all information before acting.
8. Privacy Policy & AI Model Training Data Usage
We securely store user chat history and queries for future model training purposes and continuous technical analysis optimization, and this data is securely saved in our private database with strict encryption and access controls. Your conversations remain protected and private to your account.
9. Capital Risk Disclosure & User Risk Allocation (>93% Retail Loss Warning)
Trading in financial markets, equities, and especially leveraged Index Futures & Options (F&O) involves catastrophic financial risk that can result in the complete depletion of all deployed capital. Official SEBI research shows that over 93% of individual retail traders in equity derivatives incur severe net losses. Users alone decide how much capital to expose. Never trade or deploy money you cannot afford to lose completely.
10. Complete Developer Immunity, Indemnification & Limitation of Liability
The user assumes full responsibility for their own trading decisions, trade execution instructions, position sizing, leverage, and financial exposure. Under no circumstances or legal theories shall the Lead Developer (Rushit Bodra), contributors, or operators be liable for direct, indirect, consequential, punitive, slippage, latency, or execution losses. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
